Process & Timing:
We will send you an ash collection kit for your loved one’s cremains. Only a tablespoon is needed, and any remaining ashes will be carefully returned along with your completed pieces. Simply scoop, seal, label, and send it back to us.

Current turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks from the time we receive the cremains. After your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss your preferred color scheme and design details.
